(Australia, 13% abv) 2010 Just a touch of oak helps to round off this already fresh and
tropical Chardonnay. Medium bodied with

(France, 12.5% abv) 2010 From the same region as Sancerre. 100% Sauvignon Blanc (of course, by law you
cannot use anything else!), we like to think of this as a ‘mini-Sancerre’. Bottle £19 Blanco Rueda, Marqués de Riscal (Spain, 12% abv) 2010 100% Verdejo (pronounced Ver-deckh-o) from the Rueda region
in Spain. For those who like a little
more umph to their sauvignon blanc, try this.
This wine has a fuller body, great aromatics and fruit and maintains

12.5% abv) 2009 If you want to upgrade from the Sauvignon de Touraine, then
switch to this. A true classic in the

2010 Italy’s answer to Chablis.
100% Cortese grape (by law) gives this wine its immortal position in

abv) 2009 Great family wine maker (Umani Ronchi) from the Marche region
in Italy. Sitting snug on the Adriatic
coast, relax and enjoy this wine to the fullest. Medium bodied, dry but with fine plummy
fruit. Bottle £17.50 Rioja Crianza, Viña Cerrada (Spain, 13.5% abv) 2007 Great value Rioja Crianza from Viña Cerrada. “Crianza” is the term given to a Spanish wine
that has received a minimum of two years’ ageing with at least 6 months in oak. Bottle £19 Malbec, Tomero (Argentina, 14.5% abv) 2009 One of the best Malbecs we have ever tried. Full bodied, ripe fruit, spicy, all the
hallmarks of a special Malbec from Mendoza in Argentina. Bottle £20.50 Brouilly, Louis Tête, Burgundy (France, 13% abv) 2010 100% Gamay grape from the Beaujolais region. The summertime red wine of choice! Light and fruity all the way … Ask for it to
be chilled for 5 minutes or so in an ice bucket for maximum enjoyment. Bottle £22 Château La Tuilerie des Combes, Lussac St.
Emilion (France, 13% abv) 2008 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc. Every bit a classic as you might expect. Only 8km away from the classic region of St.

Wines Brut, Bodegas Santa Ana (Argentina, 13% abv) NV This is great. We
discovered that not only do the Argentineans produce rich, hearty Malbecs (see
the Tomero) they also have the ability to produce fresh, fruity quaffable
sparklers. We think this is great for an
aperitif. 125ml glass £3.70 | bottle £20 Brut Baron de Marck, Gobillard (France, 12.5% abv)
NV Dom Perignon was buried on their estate and conducted many of
his early experiments in the Gobillard cellars.

(France, 15% abv) 2010 Finesse and purity of style with aromas and flavours of the
grapes preserved as they were on the vine. Fine balance of sweetness and
